Mesa Roofing Authority was started for exactly one homeowner in mind: the one who wants a roofer who shows up when they say they will, gives them a straight answer, and does the job right.
Built for Mesa
We're a Mesa-based crew. Our trucks are in Mesa neighborhoods every day. We install the roof types this city actually has — concrete tile, foam, asphalt shingle, and the standing seam metal that's increasingly specified on east-side remodels and new builds. And we know the stuff that isn't in the brochures: how the permit office in Mesa actually works, what a 1970s tile roof's underlayment looks like when we lift the first row, and which Dobson Ranch homes are past the felt window and which aren't.
Simple to describe, harder to deliver
The work we do is simple to describe: an honest inspection, a clear written scope, a roof installed right the first time, and a phone we answer during business hours. The hard part is actually doing it consistently. That's what the business is built for.
How we run the company
We don't have commissioned sales consultants. Our estimators are trades people who came up installing roofs. They come out, walk the roof, take photos, and put the report in your hands. If the roof doesn't need replacement, they'll tell you. If a repair will buy you another five years, they'll quote the repair.
Our installers are people we've worked with for years. They know how to install a Mesa tile roof correctly because they've installed hundreds of them. When they leave your house, the yard is clean, the photos are taken, and the warranty is registered in your name.
What we won't do
We don't chase storms. We don't inflate claims. We don't sell a reroof when a repair is the honest answer. We don't run high-pressure sales calls. We don't send "limited-slot" urgency emails.
We'd rather earn your next call than win the lowest bid.
