- We walk the roof and write it up. Free, written, photographic. Yours to keep.
- We give you a clear scope. Materials specified, layers documented, schedule outlined.
- We pull the permit. City of Mesa building permit on your behalf, with inspection scheduling included.
- We do the work. Daily cleanup, photos of the hidden work, and a walk-through at the end.
- We register the warranty. Manufacturer warranty in your name, workmanship warranty from us, and a photo record by email.
