Eastmark roofs are younger — but they still need attention
Eastmark is one of Mesa's newer master-planned communities, and most homes are still on their original roof materials. That doesn't mean roofing doesn't matter. What matters in Eastmark:
- Post-storm inspections. A lot of Eastmark homes sit in open desert exposure. Monsoon wind damage — lifted ridge tiles, displaced bird stops, cracked hips — shows up even on new roofs.
- Flashing details. On any roof under 10 years old, the most common leak source is a flashing or pipe-boot problem, not a material failure. We catch those early.
- Post-purchase inspections. If you bought an Eastmark home used, a baseline inspection documenting the current roof condition is worth having.
Our Eastmark work is mostly repair and inspection
Because Eastmark roofs are newer, we do less reroofing here and more repair and inspection. That's the right profile for the neighborhood. When a reroof becomes the right answer — usually 20+ years out for tile and 15+ for shingle — we'll still be the local crew to call.
