Leisure World has specific roofing needs
Leisure World's housing stock leans toward single-story homes with flat or low-slope roof sections. That means foam roofing is common — sometimes as the whole roof, sometimes on the rear or carport additions. Some homes also have built-up (tar-and-gravel) roofs that were the standard in earlier decades, still in service, now due for replacement with something more modern.
What we do most often in Leisure World
- Foam recoats on the 4–6 year cycle.
- Foam reinstallations when the substrate is beyond recoating.
- Built-up roof replacements with modified bitumen or SPF foam.
- Tile repair on the tile-roofed homes in the community.
- Moisture surveys on flat roofs showing signs of intrusion.
We work around residents
Roofing is a noisy trade. In a 55+ community, that matters. We schedule start times that respect neighbors, keep crews quiet around radio and conversation, and clean up daily so the neighborhood isn't a construction zone. HOA coordination is part of our scope when required.
