We work in every part of Mesa
Lehi. Dobson Ranch. Las Sendas. Eastmark. Red Mountain Ranch. Leisure World. Mesa Grande. Sherwood. Downtown Mesa. We've been on roofs in every part of this city, and that matters more than it sounds. A 1970s tile roof's underlayment tells a different story than a 2010s tile roof's. A Lehi flat-roof foam system has different issues than a Leisure World one. Knowing the variations by neighborhood is what keeps our inspections fast and our scopes accurate.
What Mesa roofs look like
- Tile is the dominant residential system on 1980s-and-newer homes across most master-planned communities.
- Asphalt shingle is still common on 1960s–70s ranch homes in Lehi, Sherwood, Mesa Grande, and parts of the historic core.
- Foam roofs are common on the flat sections of older ranches, on Leisure World-style single-story homes, and on the flat-roof portions of newer custom east-side homes.
- Standing seam metal is increasingly specified on contemporary remodels and newer east-side builds.
We pull the City of Mesa permit for every reroof
The City of Mesa requires a building permit for full reroofs and most structural repairs. We pull the permit, schedule the inspections, and hand you the closed permit documentation when the work is done. That's part of every project — no add-on fee, no "the homeowner handles it" surprise.
